The Russian style hat has ear flaps and ties to secure under the chin  

100% cotton cord for the outer crown (top of head), have (minimink) faux fur around the edge of the hat and are lined with 100% cotton jersey, faux fur on the outside of the ear flap and the cotton cord on the inside.
