Chloeinstyle processes orders as quickly as possible. Once you submit
your order, you will not be able to make any changes online. If you
have any questions about your order please feel

info@chloeinstyle.com. You will be responded to within 24 hours.
Return Policy
Chloeinstyle has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 7 days of
delivery for a full refund, less shipping.

or call (519) 796-5428 we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which is valid for 5 business days.
We cannot accepts returns on the following:

All monogrammed and personalized items are non-refundable, and once ordered can
not be cancelled.

All personalized items and special order items such as blankets and artwork will have a longer delivery time. Blankets are an approximate two week wait, and artwork will have an approximate three week wait time for delivery.

Special order items are final sale. Special order items include but are not limited to artwork, all personalized items, discontinued items, sale items and all bedding.

Any items that tags have been removed.

Any item that is not its original condition or is damaged.

Shipping Information
If you live in the city of Windsor, Ontario, we can personally deliver your order at your
convenience.
Chloeinstyle is happy to offer free shipping in the United States and Canada for
orders of $100 or more before applicable taxes (Ontario residents are subject to 8%
Provincial Sales Tax (PST) on items that are not exempt). For international orders you may email your request to info@chloeinstyle.com.

Once we receive your order, we will advise you by email the progress of
your order. Delivery time is an estimated 7-10 business days from 12 noon
EST from the date your order is processed on our system for your package
to be delivered.
During the holidays, it is difficult to estimate a time for delivery. Therefore
your package may take longer than the estimated 7–10 days. For US orders
during the holidays your package may take up to 10 extra business days.
Chloeinstyle is not responsible for items lost in the mail. If you would
like to pay extra for tracking , and or signature delivery please email us
with this request.
Price is shown in Canadian dollars, and an estimated US dollar amount. The US dollar is subject to change to coincide with the day’s exchange rate.
