This charming sterling silver necklace includes one hand hammered disc that is custom inscribed and accented with crystal birthstones per the month date that is inscribed. Use a soft silver flannel cloth like and rub thoroughly. No commercial cleaning agents as this will remove inscription detail and may damage stones. Necklace is 18", silver discs are 9/16” each (slightly smaller than a dime). Enter in name and birth date for each disc. Please note there is a 9 character max for both front and back of each disc.

**Date must be entered in the EXACT order you want it to appear. Jewelry will be personalized with the month/date/year in the order that you have entered it. Dates are inscribed in numbers with a dot to separate. Examples: 12.21.2008 or 21.12.2008
